Akūts — tāds, kas pēkšņi sākas, spēcīgi izpaužas un strauji progresē, vai arī pašreizējā brīdī svarīgs, neatliekams. Akūtās mākslas darbnīca ar lozungu “super user do” pulcē mākslas interesentus, lai brīvā un nepiespiestā atmosfērā nodarbotos ar jaunrades procesu, vienotu mākslas entuziastus, kopīgi eksperimentējot ar atrastiem, līdz šim brīdim nevajadzīgiem materiāliem. Eksperimentu rezultātā, iespējams, atklājot jaunus radošos virzienus, aktualizētu neordināru mākslas notikumu akūtu nepieciešamību un labi pavadīt laiku.

“Security Patterns” is a reflection upon the spiritual vs. functional consolation of security, deconstructing and reinterpreting an inconspicuous and mundane architectural detail of the urban environment - the window grille. These “landscapes" of protection” invite the viewer to ponder the reasons for equivocal expressions, and the ways in which forms of protection are manifested.
